Can you provide normal mailing my items to me?
We do not recommend delivery your purchases via normal mail as there is a higher risk of the items being damaged or missing and we are not responsible for your missing items. We’ve encountered several occasions where our customers’ items were damaged during delivery. It is advisable to be courier delivery/registered mailing to your doorstep and if the order parcel is normal weight, the courier fee which you need to pay to the courier delivery man will be S$6 flat. This courier fee you do not pay to us, but to the courier company itself upon receiving your goods. However if the parcel weighs more, then courier fee will be extra - depending on its weight and size.
Once we confirm your order, we can arrange for delivery within 14 working days. If your payment is made in advance, you will receive a tax invoice from us via email. For self-collection, you will receive your items upon cash payment and for certain items you will need to pay a deposit before purchasing to confirm your order.
How do I wash my Tupperware for the first time?
You don’t need any special washing detergent to handle your Tupperware. Use your regular dishwashing liquid and rinse off with water. Once it’s wiped dry, it’s ready for use!
Do you provide hamper gift wrapping service?
We will provide the hamper gift wrapping service for absolutely FREE, and the only term & condition is that you are unable to choose your own wrapper as this is a FREE service but be rest assured your gift will be wrapped in beautiful wrapper (for example, for Christmas seasons, the wrapper will be x'mas theme design) and look presentable for giving as gifts for your love ones as we know you are also a Tupperware lovers just like us!
Is Tupperware Lifetime Warranty Guarantee?
Tupperware Lifetime warranty guarantee only covered cracking, warping, peeling, and chipping. You may bring it to our Headquarter Service Center and once it is determined to be exchangeable, you will get a replacement.
Please note that for cut, stains, insects & pests bites, melting, taps, straps, impact damage, discolouration, scratches, print, prints and pouches are not covered by Tupperware Lifetime warranty guarantee. If products touch the dishwasher element, stove-top burner or even hot metal objects, the heat can melt the product at the point of contact. If a product is knocked against or hit by a hard object or drops and breaks as a result, it is not replaceable under the guarantee.

The price will return back to its normal retail pricing. For example, Disney Princess Tumblers in month of Oct catalogue it is a limited released and its pricing is S$39.90, the promotion is over. Now, the pricing for its full complete set (4 tumblers) will be sold at S$51.60. Therefore, for limited release items' pricing can be while stock last and depending on its month of issue.
